đź‘‹ Hey there! I’m Shristi Shrestha. I am an MS Student🎓 in Human-Computer Interaction at Iowa State University who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and people to drive user-centric technology and inclusive innovation. 

My top strength💪 is leveraging insights from qualitative and quantitative user data to create user-friendly systems. I have combined experience🧑🏻‍💼 of more than 3 years in user experience, data analysis, and product management in diverse product lines across learning systems, fintech, and more.

I’m all about making tech work for people, not the other way around!

I am currently exploring facilitators and barriers pre-service teachers face when integrating Generative AI in math classrooms. My goal is to uncover insights that will empower educators to embrace GenAI in their instruction and prepare for a future where AI is part of the classroom. 🎓

Before diving into academia, I flexed my entrepreneurial muscles as the CEO & Co-founder of Esfera Brandings. I also served as an Associate Product Manager at Code Rush, where I steered design processes and kept tech, design, and marketing teams aligned using agile frameworks.

I’m also a proud community leader who’s been involved in over 200 tech events in various roles—organizer, speaker, panelist—you name it!
