👋 Hey there! I’m Shristi Shrestha. I am a Ph.D. Student 🎓 in Human-Computer Interaction at Iowa State University, where I thrive at the intersection of design, technology, and people, driving user-centric technology and inclusive innovation. 

My top strength💪 is leveraging insights from qualitative and quantitative user data to create user-friendly systems. I have combined experience 🧑🏻‍💼 of over 3 years in user experience, data analysis, and product management across diverse product lines, including learning systems, fintech, and more.

I’m all about making tech work for people, not the other way around!

I am currently exploring facilitators and barriers pre-service teachers face when integrating Generative AI in math classrooms. My goal is to uncover insights that will empower educators to effectively integrate GenAI into their instruction and prepare for a future where AI is an integral part of the classroom. 🎓

Before diving into academia, I flexed my entrepreneurial muscles as the CEO & Co-founder of Esfera Brandings. I also served as an Associate Product Manager at Code Rush, where I guided design processes and ensured alignment among tech, design, and marketing teams using agile frameworks.

I’m also a proud community leader who’s been involved in over 200 tech events in various roles—organizer, speaker, panelist—you name it!
